Kathmandu: Global School of Science, operating under Global College, has announced that it will conduct a full scholarship and entrance examination for students seeking admission to the +2 Science program.

The examination, titled “GSS Top-25 Merit Scholarship / Entrance Exam,” will be held on Sunday, Jestha 3, according to the college. The institution said the scholarship scheme is designed for outstanding students who wish to pursue +2 studies in the science stream with full financial support.

Global School of Science stated that students interested in appearing for the examination can collect a free model question booklet and exam admit card from the college premises. Applications can also be submitted through the college administration or via the official website.

Classes for the science stream are currently being conducted in both morning and day shifts.

According to the college, the selection of the top 25 students for full scholarships will be based on a total score of 100 marks. The scholarship examination will carry 60 marks, the interview will carry 10 marks, and the student’s GPA will carry 30 marks. The final results of the scholarship and entrance examination will be published on the evening of the same day.

The college further said that all students who appear for and pass the examination will be considered for full or partial scholarships based on their entrance exam performance and GPA.

Global School of Science said it has consistently achieved strong academic results in the NEB board examinations, including Nepal-top performances and high GPAs. The college claims that it provides regular academic monitoring through weekly examinations and offers additional morning classes for students who need extra support.

The institution also conducts Medical and Engineering Entrance Preparation Classes from Grade 11. According to the college, its students have achieved notable results in entrance examinations such as IOM, IOE, NEET, and MECEE-BL. The college said its students have secured full scholarships in medical and engineering institutions, including top ranks in IOE and placements in institutions such as IOM and AIIMS.

Global School of Science also stated that several of its students have received scholarships at reputed international universities, including a full-ride scholarship at Yale University and presidential scholarships with residential facilities at other renowned institutions.
