The championship-winning team received a cash prize of Rs 111,111.
Campus Chief Bhawani Prasad Paudel credited the victory to the players’ preparation, discipline and teamwork. He said defeating strong competition from 44 other colleges reflected the students’ sporting ability and commitment.
“This achievement proves the talent, hard work and teamwork of our students,” Paudel said. “We consider sports, alongside academic study, an essential part of students’ overall development.”
According to Paudel, participation in sports and extracurricular activities helps young people build confidence, leadership, patience and the ability to work with others. Such qualities, he said, prepare students to meet challenges both on and off the field.
The campus plans to expand sporting opportunities as part of students’ overall development.
The victory has brought renewed enthusiasm to the campus and strengthened its commitment to student sports. Paudel said the institution would continue providing an encouraging environment for extracurricular participation and noted that a well-equipped futsal court had already been constructed on the campus premises.
The organizers described the tournament as a platform for identifying young sporting talent and promoting teamwork, discipline, leadership and healthy competition among college students.
For Jaya Multiple Campus, the title represents more than a tournament victory: it marks an important sporting achievement and provides added motivation for students preparing for future competitions.
