12 Countries Participation in Quest International Conference 2026 Featuring Humanoid Robot

Quest International College successfully organized the Quest International Conference on Business, Technology, and Hospitality for a Sustainable Future under the coordination of the Quest Research Management Cell, with support from the University Grants Commission, Nepal on May 1-2, 2026 in the college premises at Gwarko, Lalitpur. Though this is the first independently organized conference of the college, it has already organized three international conferences jointly in the past.
The two-day international conference witnessed the participation of about 500 attendees, including over 75 researchers ranging from Bachelor's level students to PhD scholars from various renowned universities across 12 nations, including India, Bangladesh, Thailand, Malaysia, the USA, and others. In all four conferences about 1250 participants have been benefited. Participants presented their rigorous research through both virtual and physical mediums, thereby contributing to meaningful academic discourse in the fields of business, technology, and hospitality. The conference commenced with a vibrant ceremony featuring traditional Panche Baja, creating a culturally rich atmosphere. A major highlight of the conference was a humanoid robot, whose demonstration successfully captured the attention of participants by interacting with them and offering khada and badges to the guests of honor, symbolizing the blend of tradition and innovation emphasized throughout the event.
The first day featured a welcome speech by College Principal Mr. Udaya Raj Paudel and conference highlight by Dr. Niranjan Devkota (Confernce Conference Convenor) followed by remarks from the Guest of Honour, Prof. Dr. Gyaneshwor Sharma (Dean, FMS, Pokhara University), and keynote addresses from Chief Guest Prof. Dr. Rajnish Ratna (Dean, FMS, Gopal Narayan Singh University, Bihar, India), along with Conference Chair Prof. Dr. Puskar Bajracharya, followed by different technical sessions. The second day continued with same rigor as plenary and technical sessions, followed by a panel discussion. The program was complemented by more than five cultural dance performances, including Newar, Tharu, Tamang, Magar, and Chhetri, adding vibrancy and engagement to the conference experience.

The Quest Conference served as a platform for sharing innovative ideas, research findings, and scholarly perspectives aimed at addressing contemporary challenges and promoting a sustainable future. The conference not only encouraged young researchers to pursue academic excellence but also emphasized the importance of research in creating a positive and sustainable impact on society.
