One of the reasons of their reluctance towards their parents could be the circle of friends that they are entangled with. Some astute parents pursue their children’s deeds, i.e. their departure and arrival from and to their home. Even those shrewd parents examine personal accessories, such as cell phone, accounts of social networking sites, list of friends on social media and so on. This action keeps children under control of their parents to a larger extent. To be concise, technology brings about both negative and positive impacts to its users, irrespective of their age anomalies. However, youths are more prone to its direct impacts. Children are the secondary victims of technology, i.e. cell phone, television, computer, video game etc.

Teachers Vs. Students

Personal tie-up between teachers and students is very crucial since it determines if the student pursues a right path to achieve a success. Not only this, a teacher is considered to be the second parent of a child whose responsibility is more sensitive and more challenging than that of child’s parents. However, their relationship is neither permanent nor eternal. A good teacher-student relation could be contagious due to various reasons. One of the most certain reasons is abominable attitude both teacher and student have. Such predicament can occur when students try to be smarter than their teachers. A US borne poet, Tom Wayman wrote a poem, ‘Did I Miss Anything?’ which was published in 1993. The poem itself is an altercation between the teacher and the students. Once he was asked by a journalist regarding his motive of writing such a controversial poem, and he answered that he was extremely irritated witnessing his students’ whims and attitudes. Students always belittled the value of their teachers without whom they do not have any identity. So, it’s an instance how a teacher expresses his or her anguishes through writing if they succumb to their students’ belligerence in classroom. This is one example which embodies anxieties of teachers whose job is most challenging. The second unavoidable reason is that education has been commercialized now, and most parents spill in the ears of their child(ren) that no matter how absurd their child is, teachers must teach him or her since they are paid for tutoring students, which teachers can’t deny. This stigma is more prevalent in private institutions. Concisely, due to commercialization, education has become a selling and buying commodity which most parents want to buy, and the majority of schools generate desire to sell. Third reason is related to attraction between teachers and students. It is found that a girl student falls in love with her mature professor, and more disgracefully, a professor falls in love with his or her younger pupil when physical attraction prevails on his mind. This is an example of academic stigma which is a crime committed by a mature one. Their amorous relation turns to be horrendously perilous when it mutilates an already-established relation between a husband and a wife. In the end, the relationship between a tutor and a learner perishes. It is highly disgusting.

Friends Vs. friends

Ego, jealousy, rancor, animosity, detestation, exasperation, tussle, narcissism, hatred etc. have a sterling role to play in bringing the amicable relationship of friends to the brisk of separation. This predicament can be related to both homogeneous and heterogeneous gender relationship. There comes a tremor between the relationship of a boy and a girl if one of them tries to conceal commonly relevant matter; as a result, it begets skepticism, and thus complete detachment. In addition, extra affair of either one of them creates cracks in their relation. Since the entire world is busy with technological advancement and its trial, it has resulted in myriads of errors which have eventually augmented the propensity of separation, detachment, complacency, artifice, infidelity etc. People are inclined to extra affairs due to an easy approach to the person who they want to be in relation with. Technology helps them go beyond their relational restrictions; as a result, such brittle patch-up gets smashed.

Boss Vs. Employees

We are living in the era of professional rivalries where people show their extreme cruelty to attain their determined goals. When a company boss recruits people on the bases of their efficiency and skills, such a decision sometimes becomes a nightmare if it fails to recognize the right people for a relevant job. Today’s generation is less innocuous, more aggressive; less sensible, more reacting; less responsible, more complaining; less goal-oriented, more hypothetical; less active, more lethargic; less social, more personal; less candid, more skeptical; less benevolent, more sordid; less humane, more selfish; less reserved, more outspoken: less open, more sycophantic; less protective and more destructive; less friendly, more hostile. So, it is really challenging for a company owner to employ the one who feels less responsible but more complaining about his or her job. However, the environment of a company is determined to be calm or disturbing in terms of behaviour and tenacity of the boss who is considered to be the leading personality. Leaders can be categorized as: democratic, paternal, autocratic and laissez-faire who seem distinctive in their modus operandi. These leaders have anomalous qualities and have both pros and cons. However, a democratic leader is more effective and competitive, but not completely successful, who believes in inclusiveness and gives fair judgement on official matters. Furthermore, an autocratic leader believes in ruling and belittling his or her employees with his or her own motives and is responsible for creating a stand-offish environment. In such a case, the relationship of the employees with their leader becomes abusively intolerable, and thus irreparable. Paternal and laissez-faire leaders are, to some extent, flexible and do not want to interfere in official matters frequently. They believe that their subordinates are capable enough of handling the organization effectively. Apart from all these relationships, there are a few more which are likely to germinate the seed of acerbity and rancor, i.e. sisterbrother relationship, neighbourhood relationship, kith and kin relationship, colleague relationship and so on.

Conclusion

All in all, a matrimonial knot between a husband and wife should be eternal and unshakable despite familial adversities. The couple should be united against any sort of problems and embark on solutions together. Likewise, good fostering of children depends on personal care and familial fondness which instills in them their responsibilities towards their family, society and the nation. Therefore, each parent ought to allocate some time for their children’s development, both physical and mental, which plays a catalytic role in bringing rapid transformation in their lives. In addition, students’ attitude and demeanours should comply with their teachers’ career-enhancing teaching and acknowledge the contributions of their teachers who are their second parents. Similarly, a cordial relationship between friends strengthens friendly tie-ups which may play a winning role in accomplishing greater successes. Finally, the collaboration between an employer and an employee ought to be professional, open and flexible in order to gain commercial boost in business.
