HISSAN General Secretary, Lok Bahadur Bhandari has issued a press release concerning the statement given against the President of Higher Institutions and Secondary Schools’ Organization Nepal (HISSAN) and member secretary of National Sports Council (Nepal Government), Mr. Ramesh Kumar Silwal, by a state minister of Gandaki Province, Rajeev Gurung, who is widely known by his nickname, Deepak Manange.

In the press release, Mr. Bhandari has condemned the statement of the state minister, Rajeev Gurung which belittled the personal status of widely acclaimed academician and philanthropist, Mr. Silwal.
