  1. Measure the temperature with a thermometer. 98-99 Fahrenheit is the normal temperature for a person. If it reaches 100, take paracetamol. Paracetamol can also be taken for body aches / headaches.
  2. Measure the level of oxygen with a pulse oximeter. If it goes below 94, sleep on your knees. This is called prone position. Sleep on your stomach with 2 pillows on your stomach, one pillow on your head and one pillow on your legs. It increases the capacity of the lungs. It is also called natural ventilator.
  3. Take vitamin C twice, zinc twice, vitamin D once a week. Paracetamol, cough syrup / tablets can be taken as required.
  4. Do not stay indoors if the oxygen level is less than 94, if you have a fever or cough, if you have difficulty breathing, or any other difficulty. This new variant causes sudden covid pneumonia. So go to the nearest Covid Hospital and get checked by a doctor. Chest X-ray or CT scan of the lungs and medication (antiviral / antibiotics) should be taken according to the doctor’s recommendation. If you have covid pneumonia, you should be hospitalized.
  5. Don’t give oxygen at home without checking. Oxygen does not cure disease. Medications prescribed by a doctor can cure pneumonia or other conditions. Oxygen is not a cure. Many people also have lung damage by giving oxygen at home.
  6. The situation can become critical overnight. So, if it’s difficult, don’t tell oneself to go to the hospital tomorrow. Even if the hospital is packed, you can still get some treatment there.
  7. Don’t waste time or health by taking uncertified medicine or taking medicine that has cured other infected people. Resistance power does not increase overnight. It only grows through a long process.
  8. Tea with the mixture of black pepper, turmeric, ginger, thyme (jwano), cinnamon (dalchini), holy basil (tulasi), heart-leaved moonseed (gurjo), licorice (jethimadhu), long pepper (pipla), lemon juice should be taken repeatedly.
  9. If one person is infected at home, get everyone tested. This time this species is very contagious.
  10. In addition to homemade food, have plenty of fruits, milk, nuts, eggs, soup, etc.
  11. Steaming water relaxes.
  12. Avoid alcohol, cigarettes and many sugary foods / cold drinks.
  13. Get light exercise, get enough sleep, and bask in the morning sun.
  14. Keep your mental state strong and strong. Don’t panic
  15. Please watch the news only 1/2 times a day. Don’t look at social media. Unnecessary news increases stress.
  16. If it is difficult, call on 102 and order an ambulance.
