JANAPREMI LEGACY
Janapremi was established in 1990 AD (2046 BS) as a professionally managed private school with the major objective of providing Quality Education for All at an affordable cost. Janapremi’s focus on quality education from the best teachers, proven teaching methods along with opportunities for students to develop themselves personally and professionally has helped in its growth. After 31 years of foundation, Janapremi has established itself as a premier school. In 2002 AD, after 12-years of successful secondary education, Higher Secondary Level (+2) was incorporated with Management and Humanities programs. Five years later, the institution started Bachelors of Business Studies (BBS) affiliated to Tribhuvan University (TU); and continuing with the expansion of academic excellence, Science for Higher Secondary Level was introduced in 2010 AD. Janapremi offered Bachelor of Arts In Social Work (BASW) program affiliated to TU in 2014 with a vision to equip students with social skills. Janapremi is introducing Law stream from this year focussing on the necessity of legal task force for the nation. Janapremi boosts an excellent academic history with 99 % success in School Leaving Certificate (SLC) and unprecedented results in SEE examinations and equally impressive results in +2 and BBS levels. The academic excellence, modern infrastructure, a wide range of subjects, focus on personality development of students along with all basic facilities, Janapremi has been the first choice of best students. Beginning with a handful of students, the institution has grown into a hub of quality education serving more than 1,600 students in different levels from pre-primary to the bachelor. Janapremi produces new ideas, critically examines the phenomena of society and the environment from the points of view of different disciplines, and responds to the societal needs for education. STUDENT SERVICES
1. Motivational Lectures
We expose our students to motivational lecture sessions on different occasions for their overall growth both logically and spiritually. Students are motivated through inspirational talks. Various workshops and interactions on current-day issues make students acquainted with stuff going on at the outer world and develop their personality as well as an optimistic attitude.
2. Learning Expeditions
The students will have a wide range of opportunities to experience and learn about the world outside Janapremi. There will be subject-related trips, opportunities for offshore visits, Immersion Programs, and of the site guest lectures.
3. Community Service
Social responsibility is an integral part of our core values. Students will be provided with many Community Service opportunities including volunteering, fundraising campaigns, rural social service camps, and awareness campaigns on various social issues.
4. Inclusion and Support
As a part of our personalized learning program, we provide extra lessons for students who need them. Extra tutorial classes for everyone, including our brightest pupils will ensure that they remain sufficiently stimulated. We also offer a range of additional enrichment opportunities including peer teaching and mentoring, debate, and performance.
Scholarships
Ganga Devi Scholarship:
Full and partial scholarship is provided to the students of different categories such as differently-abled, disadvantaged, Dalit, martyrs’ family and students from remote areas based on their needs and talents. Students seeking Ganga Devi Scholarship are advised to fill up the scholarship request form and submit it along with application along with proof for the need for the scholarship.
Municipal Scholarship:
Janapremi ESS has joined hands with Madhyapur Municipality and established a scholarship to help the deserving and needy students nominated or recommended by MadhyapurMunicipality.
Principal Scholarship:
Provided to the topper of Board / Final examination of all grades of XI and XII.
FACILITIES AND ALLIED SERVICES
Internet Ready Computer Lab:
Janapremi’s computer lab has an adequate number of latest model computers which are internet ready. Students not taking computer science will also be able to use computers when the lab is free. Students will also be provided a crash course on the use of the internet and email use if requested.
Well-Equipped Science Labs:
Janapremi’s science laboratories are well equipped with all necessary equipment, instruments, specimens, and chemicals required for the practical classes of science stream.
Transportation:
Janapremi owns buses that provide students affordable and easy transportation services within the coverage area. It will be useful to the students coming in from areas without regular transportation services.
Sporting Events:
Janapremi has a national-standard basketball court. It has a separate volleyball court. Students are also provided with other sports facilities including table tennis, badminton, and cricket. It frequently organizes competitions in Intra-School and Inter-School levels.
